Julie Chen – the eleventh grader

Bookstore is where I can relax and wait for someone. When I was little, I didn’t like to shopping with my parents. They always took me to a bookstore, telling me to wait until they finish the shop. I won’t feel lonely because books are fascinating and they can let me forget the time. There is a wide variety of books to read. I can read some funny books when I am sad or nervous. Books can help me change my mood so I often go to bookstores after school. I like big bookstore much because there are more books to choose. But I think old bookstores are great, too. Sometimes you can find some out-of-print publications or story books you had read when you are little. I think every bookstore have its character.
