Why Do People Stay up Late Often (by 12^th grader)

There are a lot of people who stay up late often.  I'm no exception.  Behind the fact are many reasons.  Some are for schoolwork, others are for business or projects, and still others make it a habit to stay up late.  As for me, I always burn the midnight oil for doing tons of schoolwork and endless exams.

If people stay up late one or two times a month, it'll be fine.  But, it they stay up late (do it) often, two or three times a week, they need to think about the impact on them such as health problems because of tiredness, impairment of social ability because of no private time, and loss of the efficient way he or she is supposed to do (the work).  What's worse, staying up late often will harm our health and quality of our lives.  Burning the midnight oil often is a really bad habit, and also comes out many bad consequences.  So don't make it a regular activity to stay up late often.
