Why Do I Want to Enter College (by 11^th grader)

Why do I want to enter college?  Sometimes I ask myself this question too.  I am not a child who is passionate in study, but why do I want to enter college?  I think there are two reasons for that.  One is my parents, my peers, and even the society all consider entering college an indispensable step in our academic road.  And this major thought forces me and lots of students to follow it unknowingly.  The other one is I have suffered from the pain of studying for many years.  It is said that every day will be happier after entering college.

When it comes to entering college, I don’t just want to enter a normal.  I want to enter the top tree colleges in Taiwan.  Not only because it has better facilities and teachers but because it can help me find a job easier.

Why do I want to enter college?  Sometimes I ask myself this question too.  I am not a teenager who is passionate about studying hard, so why do I need to enter college?  I think there are two reasons for that.  One is because my parents, my peers, and even the society all consider entering college an indispensable step to follow in order to land a job after college, which forces me and lots of students to do it accordingly and unknowingly.  The other one is because I have suffered from the pain of studying for many years.  It is said that the college life is care-free and happier every day after getting into it. 

When it comes to entering college, rather than enter a normal one. I want to enter one of the top three colleges in Taiwan.  Not only because it has capable and knowledgeable professors and better facilities but also because it can help me find a good job easier.  It is obvious that no one will stop me from doing so.
