Riding a Bike (by 8^th grader)

Jessie – the 8^th grader

Riding a bike is my favorite exercise, so I always ride my bike when the weather is good.  It is sunny today.  After school I decide to ride along the river bank near my house.

I’m listening MP3 player, whistling to the music and watching the view around. Because of the sunset, the golden sunlight reflects on the river. It is so beautiful that I can’t help but appreciate it.  After ten minutes, I see a girl riding beside me.  Suddenly, she changes her lane and appears in front of me.  I put on the brake, but my bike skids and hits a bench on the roadside.  Then I am thrown away and fall down to the ground heavily.  The girl helps me call 119.  Finally, I am sent to the hospital and need to lie on the sickbed for a week.  What an unlucky it is today.

The girl helps me call 119.  Finally, I am sent to the hospital and need to lie on the sickbed for a week.  What an unlucky it is today.
