An Unexpected New Fashion

Cherry Lee – the 10th grader

On Saturday evening, Stacy was too tired to stand up because she had shopped for four hours. She walked to a park and wondered where she could have a seat. Finally she found out that there is a bench in the corner of the park, she happily walked to it, enjoying the warm sun. After getting some rest, walking on the street, she was surprised that she was seen by lots of people. Originally, she thought that the new clothes she bought caught everyone's eyes. However, while she was walking past the cupboard, she saw some paints are on her clothes. She suddenly knew it was the bench which was wet paint in the park that caused it. But, as it created the new style, Stacy thought she can wear it everytime she is shopping.

On a Saturday evening, Stacy was too tired to walk on the street because she had done some shopping for hours. In the new clothes she just bought, she shuffled along the street to a park and wondered where she could have a seat. Finally she found that there was a bench at the corner of the park, she happily sat on it enjoying the warm sunshine. Once she strode back to the crowded street after getting some rest, she was surprised why many people stared at her. At first, she thought it was her new clothes she wore that caught everyone's eye. However, while she was walking past the stores, clearly from the windows, she could see a few stripes of white paint on her clothes. She immediately knew it was from the wet paint on the bench. It should have made her feel disappointed and unhappy. But, she didn't think the paint ruined her new clothes. Instead, it was a kind of fashionable clothes which she would like to wear every time she went shopping.
