Teamwork & Leadership (by 12^th grader)

Even though the modern society has advanced considerably and is much better than that in the ancient times, there is still a mechanism passed down and keep functions today – teamwork.

Whenever there are a group of people, teamwork occurs.  As we all know, it is teamwork that made the survival of the primitives possible in such a harsh environment, where wild animals were eager to swallow them.  As for the modern world, no matter how capable a person is, it is always easier and more sufficient to get things done if working in groups.  Last but not least, only will a team be completed when there is a leader in it.  Being the core of a relationship, a leader guides his or her team members to their goals as well as making influential decisions when confronted with choices.  However, despite that fact that a leader is definitely necessary to a team, it is also crucial for him or her to take the crews advice in consideration sometimes.  After all, if the members don’t cooperate with each other, it is no longer a so-called team.

Even though the society has advanced considerably in the last two centuries and is far better than that in the ancient times, there is still a mechanism passed down and keeping functioning today.  That is teamwork.

Whenever there are a group of people, there is teamwork.  As we all know, it is teamwork that made the survival of the primitives possible in such a harsh environment, where many many wild animals were around them.  As for the modern world, no matter how strong and capable a person is, it is always easier and more sufficient to get things done by a group of people working together.  Last but not least, a well-organized team is not complete without a competent leader.  Only with such a leader in the team will it function well.  As the core of the team, this leader can guide his or her team members to reach their goal as well as making influential decisions when confronted with challenges and difficulties.  However, despite the fact that a leader is definitely necessary to a team, meanwhile it is also crucial for him or her to take the crews’ advice into consideration.  After all, team members are required to have mutual understanding and respect each other, or else it is no longer a so-called team.
