翻譯 – 8  (使用電腦與手機姿勢不良)

 

1.    等到我知道姿勢不良會導致健康問題時，我已開始受手腕、背部與頸部疼痛之苦。

      By the time I knew that bad posture could lead to health problems, I had already suffered from wrist, back, and neck pain.

 

2.   因此，現在每當我使用電腦或手機時，我會更加注意我的姿勢。

      Therefore, I now pay more attention to my posture whenever I use a computer or cellphone.
