A Prank

Angel Wang – the twelfth grader

It was almost midnight. John and Andy were lying on the sofa, watching a comedy they just bought from the store. On the table in front of them were popcorn and wine. Being too tired, Andy couldn’t help but fall asleep. It came to John’s mind that he had a great chance to play a prank on Andy. Therefore, John took a pen, drawing some interesting pictures on Andy’s face. John did it so careful and quiet that Andy didn’t notice. On the following day, Andy were already late for school when he woke up. As the result, Andy ran out of his house without washing his face. Not until he went to the bathroom in school did he understand why everyone on the road was laughing and pointing at him.

Being too tired, Andy couldn’t help but fall asleep. It came to John’s mind that he had a great chance to play a prank on Andy. Therefore, John took a pen, drawing some interesting pictures on Andy’s face. John did it so carefully and quietly, which didn’t wake Andy up. On the following morning, Andy was already late for school when he got up. As the result, he ran out of his house without brushing his teeth and washing his face. Not until he went to the bathroom in school did he realize why everyone he saw was laughing and pointing at him with eccentricity.
