A Donut Store
Cherry Lee – the 10th grader
On the way home, Nick suddenly found that there was a new donut store. Feeling hungry, he decided to buy some donuts to eat. Although the line was long, Nick imagined difference kind of donuts and thought what kind of donut he would buy. Unfortunately, while it's Nick's turn to order, the customer before him ordered all the donut in the cupboard. He was so sad that the clerk told him that all the donuts were sold out. But the clerk said there were another donuts took out of the furnace and just waited for thirty minutes. Thirty minutes later, Nick finally bought the donut. After that he go to that store every day.

Although the waiting line was long, he stood at the end imagining how delicious the donuts were, and thinking what kind of donut he would like to buy. Unfortunately, while his turn was coming, the customer before him ordered all the donuts in the cupboard. To Nick's disappointment, the clerk told him all the donuts were sold out. However the clerk comforted him and said there were another batch of freshly-baked donuts which would be taken out of the oven thirty minutes later. In less twenty-five minutes, Nick finally bought his favorite donuts. Since then, he has been there after work every day.
