Chased by a Dog

Brian Tseng – the 11^th grader

In Monday morning, John walked home with his tired body. He was very sad and exhausted because he made a mistake that his boss was very angry with him. Although he was very tired, he thought that at least he can go home and take a bath then he can go to sleep early.

Unfortunately when he almost arrived his house, he found that there was a dog watching at him. When he was going to leave the dog, it rush on him, he started to run as fast as he can. When he was in front of the door, the dog jumped and hit John. John was scared but after a few seconds the dog just walked away, then he found that the cookie in his pocket was gone. That dog just wanted to eat the cookie. What a terrible day for John!

On Monday morning, John dragged his tired body home. He was very frustrated and exhausted because he made such a big mistake that his boss was very angry with him. Although he was really worn out, he thought that at least he could go home and take a bath in order to go to bed early.

Unfortunately when he almost arrived home, he found that there was a dog looking at him fiercely. So timid and afraid was he that he ran as fast as he could. In front of the door, the dog jumped and attacked him. John was very scared and yelled at the dog loudly, which surprised and frightened it. To his utter amazement, the dog walked immediately and unexpectedly.

When he sat on the sofa in his living room a few minutes after he entered his house, he still couldn't believe that he scared away the ferocious dog.
