Having an Accident While Going Biking

Simba Chang – the 9^th grader

It was a sunny day yesterday.  I thought it was nice to exercise, so I decided to ride a bike along the riverbank.  I put on my helmet, listening to the MP3 player, and whistling of the melody.  With the clean river, comfortable breeze, and soft grass, I felt great and enjoyed biking.  Suddenly, a little girl riding the bike changed her lane.  Afraid to bump into her, I braked so quickly that my bike skidded and serious collided with a bench at my right-hand side.  After that, I was sent to the hospital by the ambulance.  With bandages wrapped around my injured body, I lay on the bed in the hospital saying to myself, “How can I end up like this?  It is really a bad day.”
