這題的重點是[ seem ]的句型：

1.   (B)是句型錯誤，(C)&(D)是時態錯誤。

      [ seem ]的句型通常有三種如下

      1) It seems that + subject + verb …

      2) Subject + seem + to verb …

      3) Subject + seem + ( to be ) adjective + …

      例句：

      a) It seems that we still need financial support from our parents.

      b) We seem to need financial support from our parents.

      c) It seemed that Mike was satisfied with his job in TSMC.

      d) Mike seemed satisfied with his job in TSMC.
