A Happy & Messy Birthday

Simba Chang – the eighth grader

Sandy’s birthday was about to come, so I convened my friends to discuss how to celebrate it.  On her birthday, we hid in her office in order to give her a surprise.  Finally, she came in.  We sang a birthday song and took a cake to her.  I was not careful.  I threw the cake on her by accident.  We were afraid of that she is being angry, but she didn’t.  She laughed and start throwing the cake on us.  Then, we threw the cake to each other and had a happy, dirty party.

Sandy’s birthday was about to come, so her friends, including me, discussed how to celebrate it.  On her birthday, we hid in her office.  When she came in, we yelled Happy Birthday and sang a birthday song for her.  Then, I took a birthday cake to her.  But I stumbled by accident.  The cake fell right on her.  We were afraid that she would be angry.  She laughed instead and started throwing the cake to us.  What came next was that we threw the cake to each other.  The war lasted for about 10 minutes.  It was terrible.  But we had a happy and messy birthday party.
