A Billionaire or a Noble Prize Winner

Jimmy Wu – the 12^th grader

When I was young, I sometimes had daydreams such as earning lots of fortunes and becoming the boss of a company. From then on, I still kept these dreams in mind, hoping one day the dreams could become true. Thus, if I have the chance to choose between a billionaire or a Nobel Prize winner, I'll prefer to be a billionaire.

Brilliant reputations though a Nobel Prize winner can get, being a billionaire seems more appealing to me. First, such is the great amount of money I have that I can buy almost everythings I want. Furthermore, I can have little fame and some authorities perhaps. Last but not least, I can do some charities, giving rescues to poor countries. However, these things upon are based on I am a rich man. To sum up, were I a billionaire, I could have a much splendid and luxurious life.

Thus, if I had the chance to choose between a billionaire and a Nobel Prize winner, I would prefer to be a billionaire.

Brilliant reputation though a Nobel Prize winner can get, being a billionaire seems more appealing to me. First, such is the great amount of money I have that I can buy almost everything I want. Furthermore, perhaps I can have another kind of fame, which is so-called a rich man, and some privileges. Last but not least, I can do some charity work, and give relief to poor countries. However, these things mentioned above will happen only if I become wealthy someday. Put simply, were I a billionaire, I could lead a splendid and luxurious life.
